Children simply bring along a book they've grown out of - then they can choose a new book to take home.
There will be three main Book Swaps at Bournville BookFest 2018.
* I Believe in Unicorns, at Birmingham Town Hall on Saturday March 17th, when the audience's book contributions will become part of the set.
* Rowheath Pavilion on Saturday March 17th.
* The Blue Coat School on Saturday March 24th.
Only books in good condition will be accepted.
The Book Swap is coordinated by the Birmingham Children’s Book Group, an enthusiastic group of parents, teachers and book lovers who believe Birmingham children should have access to quality books and authors and develop a love of reading.
The BCBG is part of the Federation of Children’s Book Groups which aims to promote the joy of books and literature in all children around the country.
