Tickets have gone on sale for our Christmas Show - a live orchestral performance of Roald Dahl's hilarious Little Red Riding Hood, followed by The Snowman on the big screen.

It's the perfect festive treat to enjoy with the whole family, at Town Hall Birmingham on Sunday 17th November at 2pm and 4.30pm.

And all profits will go to Bournville BookFest.

Roald Dahl turned the traditional tale of Little Red Riding Hood into a hilarious Revolting Rhyme - and it was put to music by Paul Patterson.

Radio 4's Zeb Soanes will narrate the poem to music by the excellent 90-piece King Edwards School/King Edwards High School Symphony Orchestra.

Then sit back and watch The Snowman on the big screen whilst the famous Howard Blake music including Walking in the Air is played live on stage.

The show promises to be a magical experience. Tickets are available now, for £12 each. We think they'll make fantastic Christmas presents.

Warning! A 90-piece orchestra is loud and powerful, so this show isn't suitable for toddlers and babies. It is however, brilliant for inspiring children who have just started an instrument, and a perfect introduction to a live music experience.
